1. Find fresh and good eggs.


2. Do not add any cheese or flavoring.


3. A whisk does a better job of working air into the eggs than fork. (Air is what makes eggs fluffy.)


4. Do not add salt to this mixture. (Salt prevents the protein bonds from forming.)


5. Prepare non-stick skillet.


6. Low heat throughout the entire cooking process.
