Soft Tofu Stew

10 dried anchovies
3 small pieces kelp
1/2 medium onion
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 pounds beef or 1 cup of seafood
1 green onions
1 green chili pepper
1 tbsp hot pepper flakes
2 tubes of Soft tofu
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 eggs
Sesame oil

1. Pour 5 cups of water into a pot and add the dried anchovies and kelp.
2. Add the onion and garlic and boil it over high heat.
3. Set aside the stock and take out the dried anchovies and kelp.
4. Heat your ceramic pot on the stove and put sesame oil.
5. Chop the beef; put into the pot and stir. (you can replace beef with seafood)
6. Pour 2 cups of the stock you made. Add 2 tbs of fish sauce.
7. Squeeze the tofu out into the pot and break the tofu with a spoon several times in the pot.
8. When it boils, add hot pepper flakes, green onions, green chili pepper.
9. Crack into eggs and drizzle some sesame oil before serving.
