Quick & Easy Shepherd's Pie

1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
16 oz. mashed potatoes
some leeks, chopped
salt and pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. In a large skillet, place the beef and cook over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Add salt and pepper.
3. Stir in the ketchup and Worcestershire. Add the vegetables and cook, stirring.
4. Place the beef and vegetable mixture in a baking dish. Distribute mashed potatoes over it. Sprinkle leeks on the top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-20 minutes. Divide and serve.
