Easter Dinner: Crock Pot Ham With Cola

4 Servings

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup cola
2 pounds pre-cooked ham

1. Combine brown sugar and mustard.
2. Moisten sugar and mustard with half of the cola, just to make a smooth paste.
3. Score the ham with shallow slashes in a diamond pattern. Rub ham with paste mixture.
4. Place ham in a Crock Pot and the rest of cola.
5. Cook on high for 1 hour. Turn to low and cook for 5-6 hours.
6. Serve.
