Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs

1 dozen eggs
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp white vinegar
Salt and pepper

1. Hard boil the eggs. Slice the cooked eggs in half lengthwise.
2. Remove the yolks; set whites aside. In a bowl, mash the yolks with a fork.
3. Add mayonnaise, onion, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper to the yolks; mix well.
4. Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.
