Allen Brothers Introduces Burger of the Month Club

On the heels of March Madness in college hoops, Allen Brothers is rolling out a brand of madness all its own: the Burger of the Month Club.

Set to get underway this month, the leading independent USDA Prime steak company based here is offering its catalog and website customers (http://www.allenbrothers.com) the opportunity to enroll in either a six or 12-month plan whereby club members will receive eight individually wrapped burgers by mail every month. The wide range of specialty burgers will include such flavorful mixes as short rib/brisket/chuck known as the “Triple Beef Blend,” a combination of brisket and chuck called “Butcher’s Blend,” as well as a “Classic Italian Blend” that is an amalgam of beef/pork/veal. There will also be burgers made of game, including bison and elk, a Wagyu beef burger and even a special burger made completely of ground turkey.

According to Allen Brothers president Todd Hatoff, his company’s Burger of the Month Club was inevitable given the rise in popularity and demand for new ideas with America’s favorite food.
