Ann Gentry, the creator, founder and operating owner of RFD has spent the past twenty-five years striving to raise the standard of vegetarian cooking. They serve 100 percent vegetarian menu using organic foods such as lentil-walnut Paté, Total Reuben, Hummus & Pita, Mexicali Chop, Salisbury Seitan and so more. Lentil-walnut Paté is made with a crowd-pleasing sour cream topped paté with tofu, wheat-free rice sesame crackers, carrot and celery. They introduce macrobiotic cuisine -featuring balanced, nutritious, creative cooking which can be enjoyed daily by everyone, not just vegetarians.
They don't serve any dishes with refined sugars, eggs, dairy, and meat. They serve Dilled tofu salad sandwich or wrap, wild salmon& Asparagus Wrap, the Big Macro, Teriyaki Brown Rice bowl, M Café Macro Meal and so on. Big Macro contains whole grain brown rice & vegetable burger, special sauce, lettuce, soy mozzarella, tomato, pickles, onion, and sprouts on a house-baked whole wheat bun. M Café Macro Meal is consisted of heirloom-varietal organic brown rice, steamed seasonal vegetables, hijiki seaweed, house made pickles, and carrot-ginger dressing. The only things that aren't vegan on the menu are the handful of items that contain real fish.... but literally, 95% of what they offer is vegan.

Oh my goodness, I was in a chocolate coma after finishing it. it is, hands down, the best vegan dessert I have ever had.
