Just like past years, the Bonnaroo farm will have food trucks rolling in to create the "Food Truck Oasis." The geniuses behind the highly anticipated festival promise guests that they can find everything, ranging from "grilled arepas to Korean tacos to curried vegetables."

Vendors from all over the country will be showing up to serve mouth watering treats. Bonnaroo-ians can find local Tennessee fare from Petro's Chili and Chips, get a taste of South Carolina with Pott Kettle Black, and wander into Missouri with Good You.

The Good You Mobile Organic Eatery

The Good You Mobile Organic Eatery is happy to be returning to Bonnaroo. Last year the mobile organic eartery was selected as the official burger of the Bonnaroo Music Festival, taking the title of "Best Burger" for their Kansas City burger. Because the Kansas City burger was such a huge hit, chef Kelli Daniels said that they are bringing it back this year. For those that live a meat free lifestyle, Kelli also mentioned that their sweet potato and red bean burrito with chocolate mole sauce is a must try from the mobile eatery. The Good You Mobile Organic Eatery can be found in the "Food Truck Oasis" at Bonnaroo.

Yada Yada Crepes (Florida)

The French are invading Bonnaroo! Well, not really, Yada Yada Crepes are from Florida, but they serve up authentic French Crepes. Try a sweet breakfast crepe, or one packed full of veggies.

IdealBite (Michigan)

Based out of Michigan, Ideal Bite are Bonnaroo pro's. Last year, the catering group served up piping hot delicious food, and this year you will be able to find them right by the Which Stage. According to Matt Lange, one of the chef's for Ideal Bite Catering, the big hit at Bonnaroo 2011 was their homemade macaroni and cheese. Those who didn't get a chance to try it last year are in luck, because the homemade macaroni and cheese is back. If you need a little meat in you, don't worry, Matt named some meaty topics they could mix in, including pulled pork. Matt promises an "eclectic mix of menu items," including big breakfast sandwiches and bowls for the "early risers," and lots of sandwiches, whether they be ham and cheese Paninis or ginger chicken baguettes.

Spicy Pie (California)

Spicy Pie hop from festival to festival. You may have tried their pizza at Coachella, Treasure Island Music Fest, or even last year's Bonnaroo. With so many vendors offering a wide array of options, you may not want to stick with "plain old pizza," but Spicy Pie is anything but your average slice. Each slice is super big and full of flavor. The thin crust pizza was $6 a slice last year, located right outside the entrance to Centeroo in the camp ground. Their location for Bonnaroo 2012 is currently unknown, but anyone who has had a slice of Spicy Pie will gladly tell you that they would go back for more.
