How to Brew Herbal Iced Tea Like Ina Garten Does
When it come to the summer, no one brews up enjoyment like Ina Garten does with her Herbal Iced Tea recipe, which she prepared for an episode of Barefoot Contessa oriented towards eating healthier foods. Though we think that the Contessa can be a little out of touch sometimes, with her recommendations that we just go into our greenhouses to pick all the fresh herbs we need, this surprisingly down-to-earth recipe fires on all the cylinders it needs to.

We added a little Fire Island thinking to it with some fresh rosemary just after the brewing process. Feel free to use whichever herbs you like. Some thyme would also do wonderfully, as would some fresh lavender.
1. Prepare your tea.
This one's an easy one. Tea bags have an easy ratio to remember: one tea bag per cup of liquid. To do this, start with a strong brew of tea. To four cups of boiling water, add four bags of Celestial Seasonings Lemon Zinger and four bags of Celestial Seasonings Red Zinger. Wait ten minutes, then take the bags out. Add four sprigs of fresh rosemary.
2. Add Apple Juice.
Find your favorite apple juice (we recommend Kedem for this) and add four ice-cold cups of it to the strong brew.
3. Finish it to taste.
Add lots of ice and honey. Serve.
