Justin Warner is about to bring a little bit of Brooklyn to the rest of the world. If you aren't shivering with anticipation, then you aren't doing it right.

It's only been a few days since the Brooklyn native won season eight of Food Network Star, and already the young-as-he-looks star is giving a sneak-peak of what to expect from his new show.

"I have a reporter's notebook the size of a small country full of ideas," he humbly brags. And if the small country is even half as good as some of the dishes he prepared this last season, we'll look into applying for dual citizenship. After all, this is the man who brought us Do or Dine, maybe the absolute craziest restaurant in the city.

If you haven't been to this Bed-Stuy hotspot (what are you waiting for?), then think wd~50 unbridled by the constraints of molecular gastronomy and fine dining, all-the-while aiming its ambitions even higher and spitting in the eyes of everyone who stands in its way or came before it. That sounds melodramatic, but how else can you describe a restaurant who serves up a caesar salad called the "Et tu, Brute?" a loving homage to one of the most famous homicides in which the salad comes stabbed against the plate?

For winning Season 8, Mr. Warner gets all the marbles, including a TV show which will reflect his "rebel without a culinary cause" approach to cooking. Till then, there's nothing else to do but mosey on over to Do or Dine for some of his foie gras doughnuts.
